What’s a Termite/WDI Inspection?

Termites are a big, if often hidden, problem in Central Texas. I can’t recommend buying a home in this area without checking for termite activity! I’m licensed with the Texas Department of Agriculture to include a termite and wood destroying insect (WDI) inspection. This report identifies any previous or active wood destroying insect infestations. It also points out any conditions that are conducive for infestations.
